THE SENSE OF STYLE

Despite the resonant program of renovation of housing, the soviet-type buildings did not lose relevance. Discussions about the necessity of demolition of such buildings continues. These low-rise brick and panel structures have their advantages: quiet neighbors, thick walls and high ceilings. So, the owner of the 56-meter apartment asked us to update the interior of the dwelling, which is located in the house of 1963 year of construction. In accordance with the customer’s wishes, we applied the technique of combining of several zones: an entrance hall, a living room and a kitchen. The absence of obvious boundaries between these spaces made it possible to visually increase their area. On the other hand, in the bedroom we complemented the dressing room and work space. Color accents of the interior were the walls, imitating classical buisers, and the presence of various textiles. The classical motifs were supplemented by a voluminous decor in the form of a molded cornice. The main theme of the bathroom was a combination of minimalism and classicism.
